Return Policy

To fulfill our 100% Money Back Guarantee; we will take all returns without exception within a 30 day period. We understand that everyone is sized and shaped differently and for this, we will do our best to make sure that your needs are met.

  • We will accept all returns up to 30 days from when the merchandise is shipped out from our warehouse to you.
  • We will accept returns for defective items, items that don't fit or for any item you want to exchange for a different size or style. Returned items must be like new and unwashed with the garment and manufacturer tags still attached.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • A credit will be applied to your account as soon as the merchandise is received by us (usually within 2-3 weeks of receipt.)
  • You will be responsible for the shipping fees for a return item. However, we will take care of all shipping charges associated with an item that is defective.
  • There are ABSOLUTELY NO RESTOCKING FEES OR HIDDEN CHARGES associated with a return so please don’t hesitate to notify us if there is something wrong with the product that you have received.
  • NOTE: ALL ITEMS BOUGHT WITH FREE SHIPPING ARE SUBJECT TO SHIPPING CHARGES WHEN RETURNED TO TENDOLLARSCRUBS.COM, For Example; If you place an order for $150, and then you want to return 5 items. You will be asked to pay for shipping on the 5 items you returned. (Rates according to our Shipping Chart!)
To make a return just follow these 3 easy steps:

Send an email to sales@tendollarscrubs.com and include your order number and the item(s) which you are returning. Also, please indicate if you would like for us to send a pick up for you (additional charges may apply). Although a reason for a return is not required; we would greatly appreciate any comments you may have, this will help us serve you better in the future.
We will respond to your email within 24 hours confirming that we are awaiting your return and further instructions on where and how to ship the merchandise. Please print out this email confirmation. If a pick up has been requested; we will send another email confirming your address and the best time to have a pick up made.
Please pack the merchandise as close as possible to its original form and include the email confirmation (step 2) in the package.
